    A 1. Basic (1 year consumables)
    2. Enhanced (2 years + key parts). 10 % discount if ordered with the machine.
  • Q What is our software/firmware upgrade policy?

    A Free within warranty; afterwards USD 200/update, remote flashing supported.
  • Q Can we customize voltage, frequency, or colour?

    A 220 V/380 V/415 V, 50/60 Hz supported; paint to any RAL code; 2 %–3 % surcharge, +<5 days** lead time.
  • Q Which shipping documents do we supply?

    A Commercial invoice, packing list, original B/L, Certificate of Origin (FORM E/F/CO), insurance policy, CE DoC, English manual, spare‑parts list.
  • Q What does our training cover?

    A Operation, maintenance, safety, troubleshooting—total 2 days per group. Bilingual manuals & training certificates included.
  • Q How do we serve customers post‑warranty?

    A Lifetime tech support; spare parts at cost; remote diagnostics free, on‑site visits charged at USD 180/person/day.
  • Q What are our warranty terms and scope?

    A Whole machine 12 months or 2500 running hours, whichever comes first. Defective parts replaced free (non‑man‑made). Consumables, misuse and power spikes excluded.
