  • Q How do we serve customers post‑warranty?

    A Lifetime tech support; spare parts at cost; remote diagnostics free, on‑site visits charged at USD 180/person/day.
  • Q What are our warranty terms and scope?

    A Whole machine 12 months or 2500 running hours, whichever comes first. Defective parts replaced free (non‑man‑made). Consumables, misuse and power spikes excluded.
  • Q What is our remote‑support response time?

    A First reply within 8 working hours; critical downtime: video call within 2 hours.
