  • Q How do we structure payment milestones?

    A
    Standard: 30 % down‑payment → production → 70 % balance before shipment. Custom projects may split 30 % / 60 % / 10 %.

  • Q Which payment methods do we accept?

    A T/T or L/C at sight are preferred. Orders ≤ USD 10 000 may use PayPal or credit card with a 3 % handling fee.

  • Q How long is our quotation valid?

    A Our offer is valid for 30 calendar days. We reserve the right to update the price if raw‑material cost or FX rate fluctuates by more than ±3 %.
